What File Types Do I Need for Uploading a Logo?

We recommend high-resolution vector files such as .AI, .EPS, .CDR or PDF. We can also work with PNG or JPEG files in some cases, depending on print method. Vector fees may apply.

Will I See a Proof Before Production?

Yes! Every order includes a digital proof for your approval. We do not begin production until you sign off or approve.

What Payment Methods do you Accept for Custom Orders?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), ACH payments, and checks.

Net terms may be available for approved business accounts.

Can I Cancel or Return a Custom Order?

Because all items are made-to-order, returns are only accepted for defective products or production errors.

Orders can be canceled only before production begins.

Embroidery : Minimum 1 piece

Can I Order Multiple Sizes and Colors in the Same Apparel Order?

Yes, as long as the design remains the same, you can mix sizes and colors in a single order.

Do You Provide Mock-ups or Apparel Samples Before Printing?

Yes! We include a free digital mock-up with every order. Physical samples are available on request for an additional fee.

We ship throughout the United States and offer international shipping on request.
